Serving suggestion
With the Basil that I'd bought, I was thinking of cooking Pad Ga-prao for dinner, so I decided to try using the Kueh Pie Tee shells. Kueh Pie Tee is a popular Peranakan dish in S’pore. It’s a thin & crispy pastry shell filled with spicy & sweet mixture of vegetables & prawns. What a perfect way to entertain guests, with a different touch!
