- 1 500g (14 oz) pack of firm Tofu
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) water
- ½ teaspoon Korean red pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Pinch of Korean shredded red pepper
Directions

- Cut the tofu into about 1cm (.25 inch) thick slices and sprinkle with salt.
- Pan fry the tofu with oil until golden brown on both side.
- In a small bowl, mix the soya sauce, water, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil, black pepper and chopped green onions and spread over the pan fried Tofu.
- Sprinkle the shredded red pepper on the top.
