- 2 chicken breasts, bone in and skin on
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil

- Sprinkle chicken breasts with five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Remove foil from chicken. Place chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
